Australian Museum: Mammoths

Hello readers! It has been a while but I’m back again with a guest post. I recently took the opportunity to visit the Australian Museum so that I could see the temporary exhibition currently showing, ‘Mammoths – Giants of the Ice Age’. I also wanted to check out the newly renovated Westpac Long Gallery. When I arrived, however, there were signs everywhere stating that the gallery was closed due to some sort of technical problem – but more on that later. Rockhampton Art Gallery: Happy Birthday Play School

If you were born and/or raised in Australia during the last 50 years, you are probably very familiar with Play School. Personally, it played a huge role in my childhood, teaching me shapes, colours, songs, etc. I really wanted to see this exhibition when it was at the National Museum of Australia in Canberra last year.
