Tiny Village, Tiny Museum

This is going to be a very short review. Today we walked through three Cotswold towns – Bourton-on-the-water, Lower Slaughter and Stow-on-the-Wold. Each of these towns had the most adorable little museums so I decided to visit one. I went with the Old Mill Museum in Lower Slaughter.

This is one of the cutest little museums I’ve ever stepped foot in. Basically it tells the history of bread. How important it was for the Lower Slaughter community, England and pretty much the world. The old process of bread manufacturing is explained through a few objects they have. The whole museum, however, is centred on seeing the Old Mill itself. You can walk outside of the museum and see the wheel at work.

Probably takes about 5 minutes to see the whole thing but if you’re in the area it makes a very cute addition.
